1. How do I arrange a quote?
Just call Simon Dunning on 07919 827710 for an informal discussion of your build and timeframes. We will then arrange for a mutually convenient time for a site visit and to discuss your plans in further detail.

2. Is there any charge for a quote?
We make no charge for our initial consultation. If the project shows potential we will commit to a fully priced tender document, returned to you with all the relevant information attached. We are also happy to offer advice and make recommendation's as your quote is developed.

3. Which areas do you cover?
We can cover all area’s of London, although our core business is focused in South London as commute times can make other’s area’s less beneficial for all parties.

4. Is any job too small?
Yes. We operate a team of specialist tradesmen who thrive on challenges, hard work and pride in the work they do. Our core business is firmly established in commercial, new build and larger residential renovation projects although we have extensive networks and would be more than happy to suggest a suitable contact for your project.

5. Could I visit any of your past or current projects?
We are more than happy to arrange for you to view our current projects or speak directly with clients for whom we developed a project of a similar nature.

6. To what extent are you involved in the project administration?
We can develop and submit feasibility studies, full planning applications, provide party wall surveyors, structural engineers, work closely with building control and any other specialists the project may require for the duration of the project.

7. What service do you provide towards completion of the project?
For hand-over a signed operational and maintenance manual will be published for both M&E and the general works. Any warranty details and maintenance agreements will be fully specified. We take pride in our aftercare service and will be available to the build management team should the need arise. Any defects arising will be rectified in accordance with the retention period applicable.

8. How is payment made for projects?
We work closely with your contract administrator to build a realistic and workable valuation schedule that all parties can feel comfortable with through out the project.

9. Do you compile O & M Manuals?
Throughout our projects we collate information and records of work undertaken, methods of construction, suppliers and contractors information and all fixtures and fittings and maintenance procedures. These records form the Operation & Maintenance Manuals which are presented as a completed document on handover.

11. Are you adequately insured for our project?
Our tailor made policies are second to none. We carry £10m Employers and £5m Public liability policies alongside our own Personal Injury and Plant cover policies.To ensure we can safely handle large contracts we also have a £5m Non-negligent Liability policy in place as well as Professional Indemnity to cover any alterations to the specification we may develop alongside your design team.Full details are available on request and we will arrange a meeting with our dedicated insurance advisor to explain the cover further and negotiate a project specific contracts work policy as required.
