Complete refurbishment, basement conversion, three storey extension and infill to a Georgian terraced house.
Following successful tendering for works and working with the appointed architect, Mono Ltd undertook detailed and complex works to a Georgian property on the edge of the Trinity Church Square Conservation area in Borough.
Works included complete refurbishment, the addition of a lower ground floor and the infill and addition of a rear three storey extension. More examples of this project are available here.
